Chef  has partnered with Qatar Based Hospitality group Fork & Knife to head up an Indian fine dining restaurant IKSHA 360 in Doha

The menu at IKSHA 360 will largely focus on small plates and include dishes such as slow-cooked lamb shanks, paneer palak kofta, and prawn ghati masala along with Chef’s signature dishes chicken curry pie, and slow-cooked beef biryani.
